Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or refund request, you can contact us at support@logical.style within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will send you a printable shipping label and instructions for how and where to send your return. If you are requesting a refund due to a damaged or defective product, or if the wrong product was sent in error, your payment will be refunded in full. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your product does not arrive at all, a full refund will be issued pending verification with the shipping company.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Assuming that the product remains in sellable condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days of when we receive the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
